About the role
Overview
A VC-backed insurtech is hiring a front-end-leaning Product Engineer to build core systems behind fast, reliable AI-powered insurance claims. The company combines AI and claims expertise to help insurers manage claims from intake through coverage decisions and payments.
What you will do
- Build polished, reliable front-end and product experiences for insurance workflows.
- Work closely with internal teams and external users to improve claims handling.
- Own product features end-to-end, from requirements through launch.
- Partner with founders, design, operations, and engineering on high-impact product decisions.
- Contribute to a platform that improves speed, accuracy, and compassion in claims handling.
What we are looking for
- Strong front-end engineering experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Product mindset and interest in building for real operational users.
- Comfortable working across the stack when needed.
- Excellent communication and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- High ownership and bias toward shipping.
